You can merge up to 20 PDF files at once with our free plan. Pro users can merge up to 50 files simultaneously. There is no limit on the total number of pages across all files.

Will merging PDFs add watermarks?

No! Unlike many other online PDF tools, we never add watermarks to your merged documents. Your output PDF will contain only your original content without any branding or overlays.

Can I rearrange the order of PDFs after uploading?

Currently, files are merged in the order they are selected and uploaded. To arrange them in a specific order, simply select the files one by one in your desired sequence, or upload them in the correct order.

Is there a file size limit for merging PDFs?

Free users can merge PDFs with a total combined size up to 50MB. Pro users can merge up to 500MB total. Individual files can be up to 10MB each for free users and 100MB each for Pro users.

Are my PDFs secure when merging online?

Absolutely. All files are processed securely in our server's memory (RAM) only. We never write your files to disk, and they are automatically deleted immediately after processing. Your documents remain private and confidential.

Will the merged PDF maintain the quality of the originals?

Yes! Our PDF merger preserves the exact quality of your original files. There is no recompression or quality loss during the merging process. All text, images, and formatting remain intact.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first before merging. Use our Unlock PDF tool to remove the password protection, then merge the files. You can re-add password protection to the merged file if needed.
